Lore Tokens

Lore tokens allow you to add a custom lore to an item. This appears as purple text under the item's name.

Obtaining

There is currently no way to obtain a lore token. Some lore tokens may be handed out for testing purposes, during the stress test. The final server will have a way to obtain lore tokens.

Using

Step 1

Lore tokens work like a standard writable book. Open the book, and replace the placeholder text with the lore you would like to add to your item, taking note of the 80 character limit. Click done to save the text. Line breaks and extra pages will be ignored. 

 

Step 2

Find an anvil, then place the item you want to add the lore to in the first slot Place the lore token in the second slot. The result slot will now show your item with the lore added. This will cost one experience level, which is not affected by any existing enchantments or damage.

You now have an item with custom lore!
